We have worked with a broad range of clients in different business sectors that have been subject to tax issues in relation to property transactions and as a result of our extensive knowledge we been successful in mitigating the tax liabilities where possible.
As the times change and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) continue to scrutinise property investors, with questions from our clients in relation to property tax becoming more and more frequent, we decided to come together to offer an all-round property tax hub. Property Tax People was formed with the view to offer a specialist service to property investors from the outset when buying their first property to building their property empire.

David supports our clients on all Value Added Tax concerns and planning matters. David can give advice on VAT strategies and aid in investigations when needed. He has gained his experience from working at a ‘big four’ firm and being a part of HM Revenue and Customs for many years.

Elizabeth is ACCA qualified, with over 10 years’ experience in the accountancy world, and has built up her property knowledge and expertise during that time. She manages our accounts and tax teams to make sure that all of our clients are fully compliant and up to date with their tax returns and accounts.

Tony's likeable personality is a big hit with clients. He has many years of experience in the property industry and has many property owner clients with portfolios in both residential and commercial properties. Tony is fully aware of the pitfalls that property taxes can bring and what advice is needed to get your property structure in the best possible position. He also specialises in service charge accounts for leaseholders, ultimately assisting the landlords to fulfil their obligations.
